A Few Guidelines We Have For Our Environment, Safety, and
Atmosphere

shampoos, etc. Some people are allergic. |

About Our Spaces and Organization
Dance Jam has two dance spaces. The "Hot Room",
features up-tempo music.
The deejays play a mix of music ranging from the cutting edge
to the familiar. You will hear an eclectic blend that is sure
to please most everyone. The first 45 minutes is
a luscious warm-up, so come early and unwind your body.
The "Warm Room" is a chill space. Music alternates
weekly between live and recorded music. The live music is mostly down-tempo and
allows for deep, meditative movement with and without partners. The recorded
music is primarily down-tempo. You are likely to hear Ambient Groove, Jazz,
Acid Jazz, Blues, Latin, and Classical sprinkled in. A lot of people
like to do Contact Improvisation in this room. The live and recorded music is
very supportive of an inward journey.
